Appointment policy
The wellness of your pet is our priority.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Please realize we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. You may call to schedule an appointment at (360) 748-6622.

Patient arrival policy
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during their visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. For these reasons, we ask that all dogs be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting areas or exam rooms and that all cats be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Payment policy
We require payment in full at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.
